3. A guide to BoBo

a. Signing up

i. I need help signing up for a rider account

If you are using our BoBo app to sign up, please make sure that you have upgraded to the latest version of the app. You may also sign up through our webpage. If you are still unable to sign up, please tell us more in the contact us form below.

ii. Sign up to drive with BoBo

When driving with BoBo, you’ll drive your own vehicle to meet riders at their pickup locations and drive them to their destinations around the city.

You can sign up to drive:

• Through the BoBo  Driver app

You’ll need to download the Driver app to receive trip requests from riders. Your Driver app also keeps track of your trip fares. BoBo facilitates payment of your earnings to your bank account.
