b. Getting started
i. Can I bring someone with me while I'm online?In the interest of safety and comfort for riders, friends and family of driver-partners may not ride in their vehicle during a trip. When online, please do not allow other passengers to ride in your vehicle, your personal pet or animals are also not allowed.

How to accept a trip request
1. Tap 'GO'
2. Tap the horizontal blue bar within 10-15 seconds you get the trip request
3. You will be directed to the pickup point and your rider will be notified of your license plate, vehicle model and colour
4. Tap 'Contact' to call or leave a message to your rider if your rider has not arrived after a while
To save your time between trips, your app may automatically send new trip requests when you are near your destination. After swiping "END" and rating your rider, you will be directed to the next pickup location.
Please note that a rider must be at least 18 years of age to have a BoBo account and request rides. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by someone 18 years of age or older on any ride.
iii. Can I use a video camera?
BoBo allows drivers to install and use video cameras to record riders for purposes of safety.
Note: Local regulations may require individuals using recording equipment in vehicles to fully disclose to riders that they are being recorded in or around a vehicle and obtain consent.

iv. Is BoBo safe?
We are committed to ensure the safety of those who use the BoBo platform. BoBo uses technology to ensure safe lifting before, during and after every ride. GPS will track your driving route and location while you are online.
Passengers and drivers must check personal details when setting up their own accounts. Such personal data will be kept confidential and retained for identification purposes. On your way to your pick-up location or destination, the Driver app displays your name and photo, vehicle make and model, and licence plate number.
As a Driver, your car should be a safe and comfortable space, both for the owner and for yourself. While online, you can decline or cancel a travel booking. While travelling, if for any reason you feel unsafe, pull over and end your trip immediately.
Once a ride is complete, riders and driver-partners are asked to provide input before accepting another ride. If you choose to rate this passenger with 1 star rating, you will no longer be segmented with that passenger.
