i. My direct deposit is late or missing

Normally, a weekly cycle ends at 4am every Monday, your weekly payment will be deposited to your bank account between every Wednesday and Friday, depending on different banks.

Please note that fare adjustments will be paid out in the next payment cycle, promotions and referral bonuses will be paid out in 1-2 payment cycles after the event ends or target is made.

ii. Trip earnings FAQ

To view your weekly statements and earnings, select 'Earnings' and then 'See details' in the section. Your total payment equals to:
the addition of trip fares (including surge and wait time fees) + tolls + cancellation fees + promotions + referrals
minus - BoBo fees

Q: If you have an issue with your trip fare:
Since riders are charged immediately after trips, we can update fares within 14 days.

Q: If your toll amount is missing or incorrect.

Wait time fees

When your rider does not arrive at the pickup point 15 mins after your arrival, a wait time fee will be automatically added to your rider.

Tolls

When your vehicle passes through a toll on a trip, the fees are automatically added to your rider. As the system takes time to process, the toll fee will not reflect immediately on your app but will show in your weekly payment instead.

Q: I should have received a cancellation fee for this trip
When a trip request is canceled or the rider doesn't arrive at the pickup location, you may be paid a cancellation fee.

Cancellation fees will appear on your payment statement. Keep in mind that the BoBo Fee applies to any cancellation fee.

Cancellation fees generally apply when:
- A rider cancels a trip request more than 5 minutes after you accept the trip and you are running on time
- A rider doesn't arrive at the pickup location within 15 minutes of your arrival

Cancellation fees
You will receive cancellation fees if

- The rider cancels the trip after 5 mins
- The rider has not arrived at the pickup location after 15 mins

Q:  My promotion or guarantee was wrong

Promotions
We frequently offer different promotions or guarantees to our driver-partners. Once you have met specific requirements, the amount will be paid out in 1-2 payment cycles after the event ends. You can review them in the Miscellaneous or Other Payments section in your payment statement.

BoBo fees

BoBo charges a percentage of each trip fare (including surge pricing) as the BoBo Fee as a percentage. Tolls are not included.
