We frequently offer different promotions or guarantees to our driver-partners. Once you have met specific requirements, the amount will be paid out in 1-2 payment cycles after the event ends. You can review them in the Miscellaneous or Other Payments section in your payment statement. If you opted into a promotion and did not meet the requirements, your payment statement will offer more details about why you were not eligible.
