i. Terms & ConditionsWe want BoBo to be enjoyable and safe for everyone, which is why we have Terms & Conditions.
ii. Request your personal BoBo data
Driver data such as trip history, pay statements, and driver documents are available on BoBo Driver App.
You can also download a copy of your personal BoBo rider and driver data. Your data download includes some of the most relevant data to your BoBo experience.
If you have questions about your data, would like to receive specific data that is not available on the BoBo Driver App or included in your data download, or would like to contact BoBo’s Data Protection Officer (DPO), you can send an email to info@bobohk.com.
Payment statements
The Payment statements tab allows you to access your statements by pay period.
To view a payment statement:
1. Tap the [Account]
2. Select [Earnings]
3. Choose the month and year to view the correct statement.
Each statement includes:
- Your earnings and balance for that week
- A breakdown of your balance
- All trips from that week with an itemised amount breakdown.
The Banking tab allows you to:
- View your BoBo Coins account balance and transaction history in real time
- Manage your payout methods (such as linked bank accounts and debit cards) and preferences
iii. Requesting data from BoBo
BoBo responds to all data disclosure requests within applicable legal frameworks.
Data is provided as required by law. Please review our data request policies below.
iv. Agreeing to terms and conditions
Driver partners are required to read through BoBo's terms and conditions before installing the app. Please follow the steps below.
1. Log in BoBo Driver App
2. Tap [Account]
3. Tap [Documents]
4. Tap [Terms and Conditions]
5. Read and accept
Please note that we can't provide any advice regarding the terms and conditions.

The BoBo Privacy Notice describes the information we collect, how it is used and shared, and your choices regarding this information.
This notice applies to any users of the services of BoBo or its affiliates anywhere in the world, and to anyone else who contacts BoBo or otherwise submits information to BoBo, unless stated in the Privacy Notice.
