d. BoBo Achievement
i. What is BoBo AchievementBoBo Achievement is a rewards program designed for driver partners who use BoBo in Hong Kong with no registration required.
You can keep track of your points and rewards at any time in the BoBo Achievement section of your Driver app.
ii. BoBo Achievement Rewards
BoBo Achievement is a rewards program that recognizes outstanding driver partners. The higher the status you earn, the more rewards you unlock. Your status is determined based on your points and quality ratings over a fixed 3-month period.
iii. How to earn BoBo Achievement points
You have to complete trips to earn BoBo Achievement points. You can earn points during a fixed 3-month period and points will reset after each period.
During off-peak hours, you’ll earn 1 point for every trip, and during peak times you’ll earn 2 points. The details regarding peak / off-peak hours can be found on the BoBo Driver app. Your points will be added together, and as you hit higher status tiers you’ll unlock different rewards.
Please note that only completed trips count, if the trip is cancelled mid-trip, the point will not be counted. Also, surge does not impact the number of points you earn. You will receive the same number of points for trips that have surge pricing as for trips that do not have surge pricing.
